Professional ethics in advertisement is about using ethical principles by media and evaluates its impact on audience knowledge, view and manner and information ethics studies the using the information in media. Depth interviews (Delphi) is used to extract the parameters of scholars, experts, academics, policy makers and practitioners of the advertising industry and content analysis of advertising messages through mass media is used to determine the adherence rates. The result of this research is codifying of 14 indicators which derived from 128 primary indicators, which can be used for the Professional ethic principles.

The existence of professional ethics in a society and in different professions will lead to the development of that society at different levels. In the legal profession, the observance of the principles of professional ethics by lawyers, in addition to being a blessing in the legal profession, also maintains the trust and sense of security and confidence of the people towards the legal community. The role of lawyers as specialized defense attorneys in the administration of justice requires that they behave with dignity and skill. Observance of the principles of professional ethics such as confidentiality, observance of the client's interests, performing the case of advocacy, observance of the duties of advocacy, honesty and integrity, loyalty, observance of politeness and fairness and courage in the profession of advocacy seems necessary for any lawyer in relation to his client. In the Iranian legal system, the measures taken to formulate the principles of professional ethics of advocacy and the implementation of guarantees for non-compliance with these principles, which include disciplinary, civil and criminal liability, are commendable, but there is still a vacancy in the regulations. This field is felt more than ever.

Conclusion: Due to the increasing number and variety of laboratory tests and workshop and field projects, the importance of accuracy and precision of extracted data, safety, proper use of equipment, interactions based on ethics, maintaining human dignity, striving to enhance professional status and compliance The rights of the next generation are one of the most important scientific and ethical frameworks when working in these environments. The emergence of ethical behaviors in laboratory, workshop and field environments is not possible by itself and requires training, dissemination and promotion. Background and Aims: The dentist's attire and appearance affects his/her relationships with the patients. It is also essential to sync the professional attire in dentistry with the habits and Islamic culture of Islamic Republic of Iran, meet the patients' desires, and pay attention to the infection-control-requirements as well. The objective of the present study was to determine the patients' viewpoints about the professional appearance of the dentists at Tehran University of Medical Sciences, Dental School in 1395-96. Materials and Methods: In this descriptive cross-sectional study, 103 patients (54 females and 49 males) were studied. (α =0. 05 and standard variation=4. 5). The questionnaire were included color photographies of a female dentist and a male dentist dressed in different attires. The patients were asked to select the cleanest, and the most trustable, competent, and experienced dentist according to the 4 different attires. The frequencies and percentages of the participants’ answers to the questionaire were descriptively reported. Results: All patients preferred dentists to use white coat during their treatment. For the male dentists, most patients (45. 6%) favored simple hair model. For the female dentists, most patients (35. 9%) considered veil as the more acceptable Hejaband, and 54. 4% of them preferred light makeup. Conclusion: All patients preferred their dentists to dress in the professional attire with a white coat. They believed that wearing formal-professional-dressing by the dentists may show them look cleaner, and more trustable, more competent, and experienced.

The present article gives a brief introduction to the state of a crisis situation and its underlying indicators, shedding lights on the role and functions of mass media in managing a crisis situation, in the best possible way, at its three stages: pre-incident stage, crisis stage and post-incident stage. Since the main focus of the article is to address the principles of professional ethics to be observed by mass media in a crisis situation, it will first put forward different definitions of ethics and its principles to demonstrate the necessity to codify the principles of professional ethics, then it will address the media ethics as well as the key international principles of professional ethics in journalism. Given the similarity between journalism and news reporting, their principles of professional ethics and other key issues in a crisis situation (inside the crisis-hit area and its outside) could be generalized to other media, including radio. Due to the specific role of radio in managing natural crises, such as earthquake, this communication means has been introduced as the better medium in crisis management.

Background and Objectives: Professional ethics is a significant category in the field of e-learning, which is very important and has attracted the attention of many experts in educational sciences. Based on this, the purpose of this research was to investigate the level of familiarity of teachers with the principles of professional ethics in e-learning. Methods: This research was descriptive-survey type. The statistical population of the research was made up of all the teachers of the first secondary level of Chabahar city, Teachers were 189 people, and 123 participants were selected from among the teachers by simple random method and using Morgan's table. The research tool was a questionnaire familiarizing professional ethics in e-learning with a reliability of 0.85 and the method of data analysis was using a sample t-test. Findings: The results showed that the level of teachers' familiarity with the dimension of intellectual property, the dimension of destruction and the dimension of privacy of professional ethics in e-learning was medium to high. Conclusion: It can be concluded that teachers are familiar with the principles of professional ethics in e-learning and this capacity can be used to improve the teaching and learning process
